About Peach Tree Country Club

Peach Tree Country Club was founded in 1959 by a group of local business people with a passion to provide a full service private country club to this community. In April of 1960, 100 Peach Tree members teed it up for the first time on their new course. Our club covers approximately 200 acres of sandy river bottomland. This feature allows for effective drainage and playability all year long. Even during extensive winter rains, our members are not only playing golf, but also are able to take riding carts on the fairways. Peach Tree Country Club is located in Marysville, about 30 minutes north of Roseville and Sacramento, in Yuba County. The entrance to the club is located off Simpson Lane, just 5 minutes from Highway 70. Peach Tree Golf and Country Club is a private club and our membership is derived by an invitation only process. Our club consists of a Bob Baldock designed championship 18-hole golf course with a spacious clubhouse (approximately 20,000-sq. ft.), men’s and women’s locker rooms, pro shop, a grand ballroom for events and banquets, a cozy dining room with fireplace, a small banquet room for intimate parties or business meetings and a game room perfect for cards, dice after golf or an afternoon of dominoes. Peach Tree Country Club is truly a gem of the historic Marysville community. Set amidst the Valley’s beautiful peach, plum and walnut orchards, the clubhouse overlooks the golf course studded with lakes and beautiful old growth trees. The view is breathtaking, and the surroundings so peaceful, and the sunsets spectacular. The dining room faces this picture book setting, overlooking the Club Olympic sized pool, through a wall of fifteen-foot high windows, providing a light and airy space for member sponsored wedding receptions, seminars, Christmas parties, and other special events. A large, nicely landscaped greens area and patio is a great place for the many outdoor events the club does for its members and guests. Our commitment is to provide flawless service and culinary excellence. Peach Tree Country Club is one of the region’s loveliest spots for special events. Peach Tree Country Club offers many varied activities for golfers of all abilities. The Women’s, Men’s and Senior Men’s clubs are all very active, hosting numerous events and social gatherings throughout the year. One of the most attractive benefits of membership at Peach Tree is the fact that we are seldom over crowded, making tee times easy to arrange, to the point of being practically unnecessary. A nine-member Board of Directors directs this club, who is each elected to three-year terms. Reporting to the Board is our General Manager/Chief Operating Officer who is responsible for club operations, and manages a staff consisting of Course Superintendent, Golf Professional, Office Manager, Chef, and Food and Beverage Service Manager. Our membership consists of 450 proprietary members who jointly and equally own the facility. In addition, the Club has 50 social and 25 associate and junior non-proprietary, non-voting members.
